 This fudge is a long awaited partnership with Angel's Envy Distillery Rye (Louisville, Kentucky and is the replacement for the When Pigs Fly fudge.  Super duper creamy fudge made with Angel's Envy Whiskey, port barrel aged syrup, brown butter, tonka bean (tastes like green almond and mellows the rye as well as brings out the notes of vanilla and berries) and vincotto.

Great taste and texture

Normally we stick to our favorite the Hanoi Fudge, but saw this and gave it a try. It could be a new favorite. Nice deep taste, and of course the texture is perfect too.
