70% Republica Del Cacao dark chocolate, chopped Turkish apricots, sumac (a tart berry) and grapenuts for crunch, this bar is sweet, chewy, tart and crunchy all at the same time.  It is named after my best friend Soraya's chicken named Chicken who is an escape artist.
