Small batch Del Maguey Crema Mezcal and rose truffle. Inspired from working the Texas Food And Wine Alliance event in Austin where the theme was Mexico. Rose is a very traditional Mexican flavor and in this instance does not have any of the overly powerful flower notes that can be off putting. This truffle is soft with a killer soft smoky finish.
