Yup, hot cocoa, hot chocolate, drinking chocolate, it is all of those and more >> pushing the boundaries of definition for cocoa in a cup.  Using the best cocoa powder we could get our hands on and some other great things you can make this with water or milk.  It can also be as thick and rich or light and creamy as you like depending on how much liquid you use.  Chef Katherine uses 1 tablespoon per ounce for milk and 2 spoons for water.  

Jar serves 6-10+ cups, depending on how rich you like it

This drinking chocolate is beyond comparison with any "cocoa powder" I've had. It's not a hot chocolate. It's velvety and delicious. I like to mix it with my coffee for a delightful morning.
