Soft Butter Toffees

What's not great about starting with cane sugar and French butter?  Not much! Our toffees are a soft style similar to a praline that you could slice.  More often than not these are where the savory and sweet collide.  If we are feeling fancy we add chocolate to them and then they taste like what you wished fudge tasted like.  Big cubes are either topped or rolled in 72% South American dark chocolate.
