Title: Flower Child Truffle

Inspired by the great tea from London, Earl Grey, this has bergamot, jasmine and orange with 55% Ecuatorial chocolate from Valrhona, French butter and cane syrup. What is crazy is it will either taste like earl grey tea or fruity pebbles. Neither answer is wrong!

Goes great with Sauvignon Blanc, goat cheese and great brie.
