This expression is one I keep in-house at all times. The smooth texture of the chocolate is quite rich. The locally roasted Ethiopian coffee that is used adds a deep satisfying complexity. If I'm partaking in the morning I typically pair this with a creamy coffee to allow the rich dark features of the chocolate shine through. If i'm indulging in this expression outside working ours I pair it with a good rye whiskey or a Speyside or Highland single male whisky. Both work well and the finish in between nibbles and sips is notable. Do yourself a favor and pick up the big box.
